2. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:

Specific financial outcomes
Results depend on individual circumstances, third-party decisions, and factors beyond our control.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Submit requested documentation in a timely manner

Participate actively in sessions and follow agreed-upon action plans

Review all documents before signing or notarization
Failure to provide accurate information may affect the quality and outcome of services.
4. Payments & Fees

All fees must be agreed upon prior to the start of services

Payment terms will be outlined in a service agreement or invoice.

Fees for workshops, coaching packages, or consultations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Notary fees are charged in accordance with applicable state laws.
We reserve the right to suspend services for any unpaid balances.
5. Appointments & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Repeated no-shows may result in termination of services.
6. Life Insurance Services
Life insurance products are offered through properly licensed channels. Approval, underwriting decisions, and premium rates are determined solely by the issuing insurance carrier.
We do not guarantee policy issuance or specific pricing.
7. Notary Services
We provide notary services in compliance with state law. We do not provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or interpret the contents of documents presented for notarization.
Clients must appear with valid identification and understand the documents being signed.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Confidentiality
