At Helping Others Prosper LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality professional services. Due to time, preparation, and expertise involved in providing our services, all sales are final.
1. Coaching & Counseling Services
All fees paid for:

Credit Coaching sessions

Financial coaching programs
-
Strategy consultations
-
Workshops and educational programs
are non-refundable once payment has been made.
Because services involve scheduled time, preparation, and customized planning, refunds will not be issued for:

Missed appointments

Failure to complete sessions

Change of mind
-
Dissatisfaction based on unmet personal expectations

Early termination by client
2. Life Insurance Services
There are no fees for consultations or service-related administrative work. However, insurance premiums paid directly to insurance carriers are subject to the carriers cancellation and refund policies, not Helping Others Prosper LLC.
3. Notary Services
All notary service fees are non-refundable once the notarization has been completed.
If a client arrives without proper identification or required documents, a travel or appointment fee may still apply.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued if:

A service cannot be delivered due to an error on the part of Helping Others Prosper LLC

Required by applicable state law
Any approved refund will be issued at the sole discretion of Helping Others Prosper LLC.
